Guidelines:
- Applicants may apply every year for up to four years. Applications are available
online, and must be returned by mid-April in a given year (April 3 in 2009).
- Certified high school
transcripts must accompany initial applications, along with college transcripts,
if applicable. Subsequent applications require only updated college transcripts.
Failure to either complete the application or provide required transcripts will
disqualify an applicant from consideration for assistance.
- Applicants must be
students who reside or attend schools in Nashua or abutting towns and school
districts.
- In addition, although return of funds is no longer a requirement,
if funds are returned, it is considered a charitable contribution and is deductible
under current tax laws.
