About the J. Wilfred Anctil Foundation:

The Foundation was founded in November 1952 to carry out the charitable and educational purposes as set forth in the Will of the late J. Wilfred Anctil. The Will states the purpose as "The assistance of young people in attenting secondary schools or universities, particularly if funds furnished may be later returned."

Mr. Anctil was the co-owner of the Anctil/Cote Garage in Nashua, New Hampshire.

The Foundation focuses on scholarships to local area graduating high school seniors and college students at the undergraduate level. The Foundation does not grant scholarships for graduate school.
